From September 1995 to April 2000; Hired initially as general labor with this maintenance and service contractor and to build sheds for Wicks Lumber. Originally building sheds in a one car garage at a rate of three per week was not meeting demand. I suggested that we move to a prefabrication processes in which expanded to the increase of 80% increase in production to satisfy the demand also having time to construct homes and fulfill increased maintenance service contracts. In 1997, the the foreman position was awarded and a 30x50 fabrication facility was completed to fulfill the orders of three lumber yards, eight manufactured home communities, and four manufactured home manufactures. Scheduling and coordinating all shipping and receiving of materials and products, also setup, fabrications and employee relations.

William Vogan Architect and Planners - Port Huron, Michigan
Architectural Autocad Draftsman

From August 1992 to June 1993; As a draftsman I was involved with the "Sandusky Community Schools" project which included the "New High School", renovations of " Maple Valley Elementary School" and renovation for the existing high school into the "Sandusky Middle School". The main project that I was responsible for was the Maple Valley Elementary, partially due to the fact that I had attended and had a part time position as a custodian while still attending high school. Defining the proposed renovation drawings and completing construction documents for this project, providing an addendum without the need for any bulletins, the approval of specified submittals, and corresponding with the constriction management team. Also assisting with the "New Sandusky High School" and "Sandusky Middle School" renovations generating details, cross sections, elevations, and door and window schedules. There were many other commercial as well as residential projects that were completed but these were my main focus of this employment.
